Financial planning begins with joint development of the draft budget taking into account objectives and features of action. By drawing up the conference budget we consider all possibilities of optimization of expenses. "CTO Congress" has a network of first-class suppliers who render the services on special rates and profitable terms.
We lead the intensive work on filling of revenues of the budget due to involvement of sponsors, exhibitors and delegates.
Under each event the separate bank account is created where the funds received from registration fee payments of participants, from sponsor packages and exhibition sites sale and grants. This account is opened for the Organizing Committee. Also this account serves for payment of suppliers’ accounts for the services rendered during event preparation.
We guarantee the full transparency and honesty in all financial aspects of conference arrangements and performance. Regularly we provide the financial reporting on expenses and bank statements on funds received to account of the conference. After the event the fiscal audit is being carried out.
